1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and fortune11 ("Company", "we", "fortune11"). 2 User Eligibility

To register and use the fortune11 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not currently subject to a court-certified financial impairment (such as an undischarged bankruptcy).

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) fortune11 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or device information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. fortune11 conducts a rigorous identity verification (KYC) process, during which you may be asked to submit a copy of your identification card, proof of address, or other supporting documents. This process is mandatory to verify your identity before your first withdrawal is processed.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Fortune11 accepts multiple deposit methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and online bank transfers. All deposits must be made using an account or payment method registered in your own name.

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.

• Fortune11 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts, credit cards in another person's name, or through intermediaries are strictly prohibited.
• Fortune11 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing any transaction.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The user's account has completed full KYC verification.
• There are no active investigations or restrictions imposed on the account.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM30.
• Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your fortune11 account.

The standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the withdrawal method and the time the request is submitted. fortune11 strives to process all withdrawals within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. 7 Game Rules

• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or unlawful content through fortune11's communication channels.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Fortune11 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user is suspected or confirmed to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• There is suspicious or unusual activity in the account that requires investigation.
• The user is found to not meet the specified eligibility requirements.
• The account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Upon request by relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Users may also close their own account by contacting the fortune11 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.

10 Limitation of Liability

Fortune11 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by technical factors, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond Fortune11's control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access not attributable to Fortune11's negligence.
• Game outcomes deemed unfavourable by the user.
• Internet connectivity issues or device failures on the user's end.

Fortune11's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the date the claim arises.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Law & Jurisdiction
